At BüroWerk, we understand the importance of knowing your order status. Here's how to track your package:
- After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number
- Once your order ships (within 1-3 business days), you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Use the tracking number to monitor your package's journey

- The carrier's website (link provided in your shipping email)

Using 17Track for Package Tracking
17Track supports over 1,000 carriers worldwide and offers these features:
- Visit www.17track.net/en
- Enter your tracking number in the search field
- Click "Track" to view real-time updates
- Optional: Create an account to save multiple tracking numbers
The platform will display your package's current location, transit history, and estimated delivery date.
Tracking Status Explanations
- Order Processed
- Your order is being prepared for shipment
- Shipped
- Package has left our warehouse and is with the carrier
- In Transit
- Package is moving through the carrier's network
- Out for Delivery
- Package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive soon
- Delivered
- Package has reached its destination
